Martin Shkreli is back fresh off breaking his jailhouse girlfriend's heart with a totally legit Web3 platform that is trying to use the computing power of the blockchain to research cures for underserved communities. He's definitely a changed man... or not.

And finally, Enochian BioSciences is the poor man's Theranos with a side of murder-for-hire. Probably the craziest fraud story coming out of the public markets this year.
